Whilst we take every care to ensure that all items leave us in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for damage to goods in transit, however should an item arrive damaged then please follow the following procedure:
Let us know immediately by telephone (Telephone Number will be included in delivery note)
Return the item to us using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery to the address on the delivery note (Please retain and return the outer packaging of the damaged item as well)
On receipt of your damaged piece we will send you your replacement (subject to availability) free of charge
